Where does data go?

For the phones, calls run on managed voice infrastructure and you get every transcript. For deployments, you choose: hardware in your own office where nothing leaves the building, or your own private hosted instance. Nothing in your library is used to train anyone's model.

Do you only work with law firms?

No. Law firms are where we do the most work and where the intake detail is deepest, but our AI solutions (the receptionist, the other AI employees, the workflows and the automations) are the same build for a clinic, a contractor or a property manager. The questions it asks change. The system does not.
